We are currently experiencing some performance issues. It might take longer than usual for pages to load and you can experience request timeouts, especially My Dashboard page.

  • We monitored the situation for the last 24 hours and the system's performance is back to normal and no further issues have been identified.

  • We've deployed a fix for the reported issue and are currently monitoring the system's performance.
